How do I create an About Me page using the new Smugmug tools? Basically, I'm looking for a way to put the following information on a page.

Create a page and use either a text or an html/css context block.

Thanks Denise. How do I access the "Open the Customize Drawer and select "Just This Page"". When I open the Customize menu I don't have a "just this page" option. I created a page called About Me but it's blank and I don't know how to get text on it.

Use the "Make this gallery Custom" option from the customize menu while in that gallery. That will give you what you are looking for.
