Legacy Site - How to Rotate a Video that's Wrong Orientation?

As my title says.... and I'm not sure why I don't already know how to do this, but I think it's because I've never run into this problem before. A video uploaded directly from my Samsung S4 is on its end & should be horizontal. In the "Tools > Many Photos > Rotate", there's no way to do it because the video doesn't even show up there. It's in a gallery with photos, and only the photo thumbs are showing in that tool. Ideas? (oh, and it's not just that the preview photo is oriented wrongly... when you play the video, it's playing on its end). It's in an Unlisted gallery, so would rather not link it. Thanks.

You can't do this on SmugMug. Rotate it on your end properly and then upload.

Ok, thanks, Andy. I have no idea how to do this, but I'll find out. Haven't ever downloaded from the S4 to computer yet, & haven't ever needed to rotate a video. I wonder if every video from this phone will end up that way...hmmm. Hope not. I shot it landscape orientation the way you'd expect. Videos from my Thunderbolt were always fine.
