Cant get rid of Themed Margins

Hi on my webpage when Im trying to get rid of the margins to add a fullscreen picture, there are these margins on the page that show up as green dashed lines and I cant figure out how to get rid of these. My page was customized by Fastline and Im not sure if they had a setting in Java that caused it (unlikely though) but this is a real head scratcher for me. I've defaulted everything that had a margin setting to 0 but to no success

That page looks like it is set to have a fixed margin.

Customize that page, then click Layout tab. If you want to use the full width change the Layout from fixed to stretchy.
