Gallery Folder Image Missing

I have set up New Smugmug's galleries to work with my website using iFrames. I repeatedly but not always get the problem where one of the Gallery titles is not loaded with the Featured Image (I just get a question mark). It is normally the second one that is affected. Hopefully this can be seen at http://www.andrewgransdenphotography.co.uk/weddings/online-albums.php and http://www.andrewgransdenphotography.co.uk/lifestyle/online-albums.php . This is not the case when I display the same galleries on my Smugmug site (see http://andrewgransdenphotography.smugmug.com/Clients/Weddings). The correct Gallery name appears when the mouse is moved over the title and clicking on it gives access to the desired gallery. Can anyone suggest what is happening?
