NewSmug and legacy Smugmug style galleries. Logged out only.
None of the keywords show under the main photo in a passworded gallery.
They also do not show in a smart gallery using keywords from a passworded gallery.
At least fix NewSmug to show these. This is especially important for my family galleries as I'm only
adding keywords (names) and not adding the names to the caption.
