Looking for help, willing to pay (Google Analytics)

I didn't even know where to post this, and since it has to do with a bit of a hack, I thought I'd try here.
I'm switching everything over to smugmug, and I'm happy with my front end, but I realized that I didn't switch things over properly for links to follow, and for redirects.
I also haven't set up my google analytics correct, or my blog to follow to my new site.
Basically, I went from
gallery.erikathornes.com to www.erikathornes.com (for my smugmug)
and www.erikathornes.com to blog.erikathornes.com
and a few things need to be adapted on the back end to make sure people don't get dead links, and that I can still use my google+ blog forward system.
I'm willing to pay. It is important to me to have the links all flow properly, and to have my analytics running well.
Please contact me, as I'd love to have my wordpress/smugmug experience be even more seamless!
