Removing "Gallery is Empty" box

I just unveiled my new SM site and need a bit of help. There is probably a better way to accomplish what I'm trying to do, but...it was something I'm trying to carry over from the old SM.

I have created seperate Galleries for client information and linked to them. I created a single image for each service and uploaded each to it's respective gallery. Then, I added an HTML box to each so that it displays full screen. I also hid each image. It looks good except now I have a big box below each image that says "Gallery is Empty".

Is there a better way to to do this? How can I get rid of the "Gallery Empty" box? Here's an example of what I'm poorly describing:

Thanks!

For info type pages (text/html type pages in legacy) it's best to create a page not a gallery for them. Go to Organize and
highlight your name top left. Click "Create" above and pick "Page".

When I converted to NEW SM I changed some to pages and left some as galleries... lazy I guess, but it helped not break my links as I was switching over...
