Cannot publish photos from lightroom to smug mug galleries

Please help I have the new smug mug and I tried to publish my pictures yesterday from LR into my galleries.

I did everything the same as before and no luck. I would like for you to check out my site Chakraphotos.com
and see if I am missing a link or what could be the problem. I tried to upload from my site and it said my files were in tif. format and I do not know how to change that. I need help asap. Thank You

I think you need to update the smugmug plugin for lightroom to work with the new smugmug site, this link might help: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/121321

See Tonto's response, but also... do you have SmugVault? You can still upload TIFs to your archives if so (I do that for safekeeping, but haven't done it through LR). However, there may still be reasons you'd want to convert your TIFs to Jpgs before uploading, for your regular galleries. But I don't think regular galleries should be outright rejecting TIFs (IF you have SmugVault, that is)...hmm. I'd try getting the newest plug-in. Otherwise, it should be easy to bulk-convert-to-Jpg in LR & still keep your TIFs for backup on your own computer, if you don't have SmugVault.
