Get error on timestamp not set ???

When I try to publish my pictures from LRoom nothing happens and an hour later an error appears about setting a time stamp.
I cannot upload from my galleries it says the pictures are in tif. format and I do not know how to change that
can you give me some help ASAP. If I am missing a plug in or some technical issue would you please
