Hello everyone!
I recently migrated to the new smugmug and have to say I love it! Great work to the team behind the design! I am a hobbyist photographer based in the mountains of Jasper National Park, Canada.
After some playing around I have created a site design I am happy with. Have a look if you like:

There is one customization feature I am stuck on. After spending some time scouring I still cannot find the solution. What I would like to do is have my galleries, currently set on journal, to 'on click' go to the smugmug layout with that particular photo on display on the right pane. A perfect example of what I am looking for can be found on Trey Ratcliff's site here:
http://stuckincustoms.smugmug.com/
I would also like the same feature to be applied to my homepage, where I have a 'gallery' of my most popular pictures. Ideally 'on click' the gallery where that photo lives would open to the smugmug layout as well.
I apologize in advance if this is a simple fix I have overlooked.

Trey's homepage is a page, not a gallery. He has placed photos on that page that on-click go to the gallery. That's very doable for the homepage or any other page but not from a gallery.
Another option is to do what I did to jump from my "galleries by date" gallery to a different gallery. I did that by adding some HTML in the description of the photos in your Journal-style gallery for the viewer to jump to a different gallery. I have done that in this gallery - http://www.denisegoldberg.com/Medley/galleries-by-date/n-GzNHG.

I sorted it out well without having to use any coding!
