Someone else's keyword gallery contains my photos?

I was looking at the "referrers" in my Stats, and noticed this link:
http://photos.johnenslow.com/keyword/robin;bird/i-GqVHs5X
That seems to be a keyword page, but it contains a few of my photos. Note that the photos don't contain a link to the original gallery (a bug reported elsewhere but this kind of thing would make it seem more urgent to me). The "root" URL does not seem to be a valid site (http://photos.johnenslow.com) returns a page-not-found.
What is this gallery, how does it come to have my photos in it, and if someone "adds to cart" from this gallery, would I get the credit for the purchase? (that last is only a theoretical question because I'm not yet attempting to sell my photos...but have been considering it).

Several of my photos show up on that first page (robin sitting on a nest). Here is one example:
http://photos.bellhanley.com/Birds-Bats-Butterflies/Birds-Around-Town/Odds-and-Ends/i-mt5PJzd/0/M/Robin%202005-04-23_06-M.jpg
Furthermore, exiting "Get a Link" via "Back to Gallery" takes me to http://photos.bellhanley.com/Birds-Bats-Butterflies/Birds-Around-Town/Odds-and-Ends/10664332_JqqKfq#!i=2410063201&k=mt5PJzd
It's all very odd. If I were you I'd be re-checking my sharing options, as per http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93308.

Interesting... there's a disparity between the criteria in that link and in the one that I provided
You linked to the help for smart galleries which focuses on using smart rules. The page I linked to is for collecting photos. They both create smart galleries, just in different ways.

Anyway, the OP's issue is with a keyworded gallery, not a collected gallery.
One is http://www.naturesart-gallery.com/search/?q=mantis&c=photos#i=0 if I type my last name after the "mantis" keyword then it shows up. It does link back to my page, so I'm assuming it's just a search engine?
Another is http://smugmug.varelaimages.com/search/?searchWords=1969&searchType=InUser&NickName=&x=0&y=0 where the searches has been by year and it's pulled some photos of mine from car shows. Again if I put my last name after the keyword search it brings up my photos and links back.
It's kind of weird that the original url look like someone elses websites through smugmug. Is this normal?
http://photos.johnenslow.com/keyword/capitol%20reef%20national%20park;muench%20workshops
And this URL turns up photos from Denise's site:
http://photos.johnenslow.com/keyword/phippsburg%20peninsula;popham%20beach%20state%20park
The ones that use the "search" aren't quite as concerning because the photos do link back to the original owner's photos, but the link I posted is a "keyword" gallery, and because of the bug where the link to the original gallery went missing, there isn't an easy way to get to the original gallery (beyond what beardedgit posted.) And it's not obvious that these photos are from across smugmug and don't actually belong to someone named John Enslow.
I guess my original question remains...hopefully beardedgit is correct and if someone actually bought a product off this site, the original owner would get the credit, but it would be nice to understand what's going on here and have a definitive answer.
And Blooze, here's one more test I did, since you have Allow Collecting turned off...this turns up photos that are yours:
http://photos.johnenslow.com/keyword/amarillo%20crime%20stoppers
DayBreak, my Folk Music Group (some free mp3s!) http://daybreakfolk.com
http://smugmug.sherlocksoftware.org/keyword/slideshow
Returns exactly the same page as:
http://www.smugmug.com/keyword/slideshow
John Enslow probably used to be a SmugMug customer, so still has that record in his DNS. That's why visiting http://photos.jonenslow.com/ gives you "no photos found" (since there's no SmugMug site for that custom domain).
Since this is just results from the SmugMug sitewide search, you should be able to remove your photos from the results by setting the correct SmugMug search visibility setting. In Account Settings, Discovery, Search, set "SmugMug search visibility" to "No - make me an island", which means "other SmugMug pages will pretend they don't know you. But on your SmugMug pages, visitors will be able to use the search box, keywords, etc., to find your photos".

I reported this well over a year ago to the "HEROS" and it was never solved just some sort of non answer about how Smugmug handled dead domains. Apparently it wasn't a priority..

Thanks, Lamah, for the explanation. I guess I don't mind being found this way by a smugmug-wide search or keyword page, but it would be nice if smugmug handled dead domains differently so it doesn't appear that our pictures are on another photographer's site. As I said before, this is another reason I wish Smugmug would fix the bug where the link to the original gallery doesn't display anymore.
A-freakin-men!!!! Please fix the "From..." link not displaying in Collage Style galleries!!
