I'm really amazed at the low noise in the picture even though I shot this at ISO 3200. However, I did clean up most of the noise through Noise Ninja. In PS I did minor color correction, darkened it a tad and also added a coupe stops of constrast. Also, I straightened out the horizon as well (at least to the best of my judgement). Comments/suggestions are welcome!

I like the contrast between the blueish color in the top part, and the yellow/orange in the below part. What I like a bit less is the faded colors of the trees and the buildings on the foreground. At least in this size, it looks a bit smudgy (not as much detail as you'd like). Did this happen during the darkening/increasing the contrast? Don't know how it looks in the original though, it might be fine in a bigger size/print. After all, in spite of that comment, it is a very pleasant image.

I like it. It has a nice feeling. What was your vantage point for the shot?
One of these nights I've got to get over there to get some shots of City Hall all lit up. I saw it on one of the first nights it was lit but did not have my camera.

I'd like to see City Hall and the Parkway a bit more prominent in the scene. Colors are good. Maybe try a panorama.
