Login problem

The last several days when I've logged in to my website (either from the smugmug homepage or from my homepage- I had a login option that I removed today) it would refresh and bring up my homepage in mobile format.

I noticed that the address it would bring up in mobile was rollinghillsimagery.smugmug.com from the smugmug homepage.

if I add www. in front of that or just rollinghillsimagery.com it goes to non-mobile format.

It's a little weird and seems to only happen in Firefox. Did it on my work computer and my wifes computer when I checked.

Any suggestions?

Try clearing all your cache and smugmug cookies from Firefox.

Shane, let us know if clearing the cookies/cache doesn't help. Thanks for the suggestion, Andy! :)

Nope. Cleared my cache, all my smugmug and rollinghillsimagery cookies as well as passwords. Restarted Firefox. Went to smugmug.com and used the login there. It took me to rollinghillsimagery.smugmug.com in a mobile format. The "menu" button didn't work, but if I clicked on one of the two photos that showed on the main page it took me to my regular computer layout.

IF I closed the tab I had open for the above and reopened a tab from my FF speed dial it opens to my custom domain name and looks fine.

Like I said, this is something I've just seen in the last several days. I have not modified my site for weeks other than adding new photos and I removed the little login link from the CCS today that resided at the bottom of all my pages.

Hm, if you use Firefox's zoom command to zoom wayyyy in, it makes it look to SmugMug like you're using a small screen, so it will switch to the mobile format. Try pressing CTRL+0 or command+0 to reset your zoom to the default (zoom is applied per domain name, which is why you'd only see it on rollinghillsimagery.smugmug.com)

Bingo! We have a winner! I didn't realize it was domain name specific with memory.

    Thank you very much!
