Unable to Edit CSS

I am currently unable to edit the CSS code for my website. Anyone come across this before and have a solution? Image attached to show how the CSS code flows outside the box. I'm unable to click, scroll, or manage at all.

This is a long shot, but have you tried a different browser?

I've found several things in new smug that I can do in only one of the three browsers that I regularly use. Odd, but it's easy enough to try a different browser.
