Downloading to an iPad

All the videos in my Galleries have been prepaid and are available for my clients downloads. I have been asked by some how they can download their videos to their iPad's. Since I don't have one I can't try it to tell them. Would the SmugMug app be a solution or are there some steps that are not obvious that I can share.

    It's not possible to download on a mobile device, sorry.
