Not with a galleries block, as that information isn't present in the HTML of New SmugMug.
The best thing to do would probably be to replace the galleries block with a handwritten HTML block. You can use the technique I describe here to use SmugMug's code as a starting point.
You might get by by dragging one "Single Photo" block onto the page for each gallery you want to display. You would need to create a photo to act as the thumbnail for each gallery that has the title and caption set on it that you want to display, then choose Under for the Info Style on the single photo block.
Have I called you Aaron multiple times, Nicholas? The two of you are equivalent gurus in my mind. Sorry about that. Will study this, as I do understand the photo embedding/redirect. But you are saying to abandon folders, I think. That seems dangerously close to abandoning SM.
