Filenames AND Captions

Does anyone know any customization tricks to show both original files names AND a caption on gallery page? Thanks!

This is available as a side-effect of my Chrome extension to "add PayPal cart buttons to your galleries":

If you install that extension, you can enter this as your "paypal button code" when asked:

Filename: $FILENAME

Select your photos and click "add paypal buttons", you'll end up with the photo filename automatically added to the bottom of your photo captions:



(it won't add any PayPal stuff to your gallery, just those filenames for you)

I want a filename to show up (preferably when it is in full screen) but I want it in all browsers, or do I miss something? because you're talking about Chrome

The extension is just used as a tool to automatically add the filename to your image captions for you, your visitors don't need to have the extension installed.

Now is my question, do I have to do the whole process of adding a button every time when I add new photo's, or change metadata and have to update the catalog?

Unfortunately, yes. Though it should at least remember your "PayPal button code" for you so you won't have to type that in again.
