should I CONTACT smugmug

history,
brett first had duelinglensesphotography as his website with brett@duelinglensesphotography dot com as his email login
he then manage to buy duelinglenses dot com and also now uses brett@duelinglenses dot com as his profile and account

he has verified it god knows how many but every time I try to create the contact page the dreaded red triangle appears telling me to update/verify. so I ask him to go through the motions and the same thing happens until its become beyond a joke

can anyone help or do i just contact smugmug and ask them to fix this bug

your a star, I just tried it and the red triangle has gone, I've sent a test email , so hopefully all is well

Great! It is not a known bug and as far as I know others don't have a problem verifying the contact email. Did you click the link in the confirmation email that we sent?
