In your account settings there is a Discovery tab. Go there, click Search, and change the Site Meta Title.

No.

Based on your question it sounds like you want to change the name that Google knows your site by. If that's the case, open your account settings by clicking your site name when you are logged in, then Account Settings. Click the discovery tab and change your site meta title.

If that's not what you are asking please provide more details.

Are you asking how to change the Page title?
If I understand this, click Organize Site, and navigate through the folders on the left, to the page you want to edit. Click the page, and then at the top is settings. This will let you change the page title.
