Please help. My gallery categories keep disappearing, my gallery link has started showing the home page.

Just spent the whole day uploading pictures/galleries. Got an email about the pictures and when I went to check, they were all gone! What is going on here guys? 3500 pictures went somewhere.....

BTW, support email response time has gone down the crapper.

Is nobody interested in Legacy Smugmug anymore? I had a wedding client unable to view my galleries AGAIN, why is this happening?
