My Site is GONE, nothing but black screen

My entire site is gone, nothing but a black page. I can not get to home page or any albums. Links I have posted on FB etc take me to to a 'page can not be found' I have a pro account, that you just drafted payment on a week ago. Need this fixed, I have an unhappy bride trying to purchase prints!!

You might be fastest emailing the help desk directly (if you haven't already done so). There is an online form at http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/emails/new. Although Smugmug Heros do appear here I think you will be fastest emailing directly.
If you post a link to your site up here then it is also possible that someone else on here may be able to help

Actually, if I were to guess, is it possible that you've just set the CNAME for your account with whoever is handling DNS for your site? If so maybe that wasn't done quite correctly. Remember that even if you can't get to your site by the site name directly you should still be able to login at www.smugmug.com using your login and password and then you should see your site to help work out what is wrong
