Hi,
I've been using the new deign and its been great! I 2 questions- I want to be able to send a gallery link to a customer that the gallery is unlisted. As of now it seems like the only links ti galleries that I can send are those galleries that are on my website (for both locked and unlocked). If I send a link to a gallery that is unlisted, they are sent to a 404 error page. Can I send an unlisted gallery link to a customer?
Also, I read somewhere that you're starting to integrate blogging - are you creating a platform like wordpress or integrating blogs like wordpress into your site?

You can send a link to an unlisted gallery but that link must include the key on the end.

As an example, here is a link to an unlisted gallery on my site http://www.denisegoldberg.com/Medley/galleries-by-date/n-GzNHG. Without the characters on the end you would be sent to the 404 page. With the characters you can access the unlisted gallery.

SmugMug has provided information on how to build a blog using pages - http://school.smugmug.com/SmugMug-Tips/How-to-Make-a-Photo-Blog. That might work for you or it might not. I use blogger for my blog; switching to using pages in smug would not meet my needs. Only you can say whether this approach might work for you.

Hi Vicki,

You should be able to get the link tool for a gallery via the share button that's available below any photo you view. If you're using one of the gallery styles that shows multiple tiles, you may have to click on one photo to see the share button below it.
Note that you can only share galleries that are not set to privacy "private". Private galleries can only be viewed by you the logged in account owner.
