Hi Everyone,
Just a reminder, DGrin is a community where awesome and passionate customers help each other with their SmugMug sites. While myself and a number of Heroes, Product Managers and Sorcerers do indeed chime in and help where we can, if there are any issues that you would like a quick response from SmugMug, please email help@smugmug.com
While we do intake and fix many bugs via these Dgrin reports, it is always a good idea to email the Heroes if you feel the issue needs immediate attention. Often, it can take some time for an official SmugMug response if you only report on this forum.
