Hi All!
Our White Ibis flock has long departed for the winter. I'm not sure why this one stayed behind!

All comments and suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

Best, Pam

Well done Pam... Detail, lighting, and background all work together nicely.
    700mm?.... pretty nice results!

Thank you, Eric! This bird was fairly close to the car--it seems like the juveniles are less skittish than the adults. Best, Pam

Good portrait capture Pam with fine detail and a nice defocused BG.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Hi, I would take entire body shot.
    Very nice.

Lovely light, detail and out of focus background.

I don't know if it's my screen (or my eyesight) but there seems to be a slight halo outlining the top of the bird's head.

Thanks! You might be right, but I can't see it on my monitors. There was some difference in the shade of the lagoon water that makes up the background. Best, Pam

He stayed behind so you could make him famous!

    Nicely done, Pam. thumb.gif
