Top navbar disappears on browser re-size (new SM)

I have not unveiled yet (if this makes a difference).
When I resize a browser - this happens in FF and Chrome, but not IE - The top navbar disappears and reverts to a blank field.

IE holds onto the menu, although it drops the links from the grey SM customize bar, down into the menu.

Since I'm not unveiled yet, does this happen for those who are unveiled?

It's hard for me to see with these screen shots - but are you aware that if you resize the window so the menu doesn't fit it is supposed to collapse (into the word Menu) if you have the setting "collapse for mobile" turned on? Check the settings for your menu. This is the last option in the Basic tab; you need to scroll to see it.

Thanks, Denise. I do have collapse for mobile turned on. Thought it would help people with mobile devices but didn't realize it would affect normal computers. What happens for mobile users if the setting is not on?

It will affect normal computers if you make the window too small.

With it turned off mobile users won't have a great experience since your menu items will take up too much of the screen.
