I admit I do some retouching, but not 20 hours one one shot and I don't inflate the, oh, never mind.

I do a lot of "fixing"
But I wouldn't even know where to begin to do such an extreme makeover.

I fix blemishes, lighten dark shadows, and whiten teeth -- and occasionally try to fix some stray eyebrow hairs -- but to retouch like that takes a real artist!
