Search By Date Block in the Customizer

It would be great to have access to a Search By Date block like the one that is found on the /date system page. I'd like to design a new search page, with different options. While I can add blocks to the /date page, I can't move, or adjust the actual Date Block itself as it's "reserved." This means I can't layout the page to my own design.
