I am on the learning curve using theL-478dr and was testing a lumopro double speedlight bracket that I stuck into a Photogenic 3x4 soft box to see the lighting pattern.....I have always been a studio/monolight kina aguy and I have been a little tentative with speed lights ....
So what I did was photograph my soft box at f22 ISO 320 using dula 580s, a single 580 and a single 580 with a stofen....metering the light source after every combination .
The results were a bit surprising to me because I apparently don't know how photons behave at this late date.
