Gallery Design Settings Not Consistent

I am having issues with a clients proofing page on smugmug and the consistency of gallery settings for all the galleries on her page. I customized the design to match her Wordpress website, then organized all her active client shoots into one folder wich is on the homepage so clients coming from her site see a list of proof galleries all of wich have their own password.

When i moved all the galleries into one folder "Client Work" i selected all the gallerias and went into settings and set the layout to colleague portrait. On the page however, when i click on various galleries some of them show up as colleague portrait with the new design settings (white background, fixed with, logo) and other show up on the new standard gray background (flexible width, no logo, no menu). The design styles are inconsistent even though i have set them to the same gallery style and they are all in the same folder and share virtually all the same settings.

The galleries are password protected and I can't share those passwords but you can see simply by clicking on the first two galleries at the top that the password page defaults to a completely different design style, the third on has the correct design changes.

I cant identify any settings wise that is different between these galleries, except for the urls they create then click on them.

The correct ones say:

The incorrect ones say:

http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/n-fpCxH

But they are all in the same folder.

Anyway any ones help would be appreciated.
