Guest Upload Tags/Captions

We are getting started using SM to share photos between volunteer firefighters. Our photos must remain secure from public view, and we are planning to use the Guest Upload feature to allow firefighters to upload pictures without giving them the ability to accidentally delete existing content. Given a wide range of technical abilities and user software, what are the available options for allowing Guest Uploaders to tag photos and apply captions?

    Hi BMFPD,

    Guest Uploading is a great option, but it won't allow adding captions. You may want to consider using Email Uploads that do allow captions to be added. You can read up on this process here: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93286
