Utah American Pipit

I was at Bear River Bird Refuge several days ago and saw some tiny songbirds fence hopping. Lucky for me a few of them perched for a moment so I could capture their portrait. Here is an American Pipit, slightly fluffed sitting on a wire fence.
At first, in researching this bird, I thought it was a Northern Waterthrush (They both look alike in the dark lines on their chest and the white line around their eye)
