NEW SMUGMUG: Help with Event (can they be customized?)

So... I recently made the switch to the new smugmug (after 9 years with the old).
Big question: Events just don't look polished - they don't fit in with the rest of the "new smugmug". Can events be customized? Perhaps with some CSS work?

The spacing on the page is just wrong.
It mentions the couple by name - twice.
The galleries are below the page (off screen) with no hint that the exist. YES, I know I could reduce the size of the slide show, that was not necessary with the old smugmug, the galleries were up high enough so as to be visible with the old smugmug (not all of them, but enough to get people to scroll down to look for more).
I like the slide show large - I just wish I could move things around on the page to make it feel like it was put together on purpose instead of an accident.
