Captions and Titles

If I edit the photo info for an individual photo I have the following fields:-
Title, Caption, Keywords

but in the organiser where bulk settings can be entered there is no option for title.

Which of these is more relevant/important in terms of SEO? Is there quick way of entering the title field or does each individual photo need to be accessed?

There's no quick way that I can find, and it's a PITA!

I would have thought that keywords are the most important, but hopefully an SEO expert and/or a Hero can comment!
