CSS and Content Block

Hello:

I would like to change the font weight in the Menu content block to bold. Is it possible to do this?
Customer support at SmugMug pointed me to the forum. They think using CSS might be a way. They don't know to wrjte the code.

Can someone help?

Try this:

.sm-page-widget-nav {
    font-weight: bold;
    }

You can identify the elements by using developer tools in Chrome or Firefox.
