HELP Can not see the files on galleries

Hi there,
I got emails from my clients.
It said ;
we logined the gallery with pwassword provided by the shop. A couple of days ago, it worked very well. But this morning, when we verified the file numbers to order, some of images didn't show up and instead of images, there are "X" on each grids. I don't figure out. Is there any problem on my pc. I'm using Windows7.
Please let me know how to fix.

Then, I opened up my site and see clients' galleries. I think the image data is on each pages. But on clients' galleries and some other pages, I confirmed something wrong. Even when I tried to upload very small image, it takes time. It's been around 10 min, still not done yet.

Is there any problem?

There was a problem serving images yesterday that has been resolved. I suspect the issue you report is related to that problem. Can you look again today?
