LR and SMUGMUG no worky anymore! Help please : )

I tried to upload a new gallery via the Smugmug Publishing services within Lightroom (version 3.6) At first, I received a message stating that there was no internet connection. Once I verified that I had a connection, I started to search online for help. I discovered an update HERE (http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/121321-lightroom-plugin-update) so I downloaded the zip file, extracted it, and placed it in the recommended location. I then re-started LR, continuing to follow the instructions on the link page. LR seemed to automatically populate the plugin within the Publishing Services because Smugmug was already showing up.

When I went in to Authorize, I received this message

Error: The system cannot find the file specified.

I know it may be something simple, but I cannot figure it out. Please help. Thank you : )
