Can I put a border on the outside of everything?
My legacy site used the (retired but still allowed) summer theme, which looks like this.
The main background is the light blue.
I would like to put a border around everything - thumbnails and all content blocks such as HTML or text, photo, etc.
And maybe change the internal color, like summer did.
