smugmug "favorite" button

Hi Guys,

I've been using my smugmug to have clients proof photo's for awhile now. The last gallery i set up for this isn't showing a small "heart" icon on the bottom like it usually does when the client views the proofing page. Instead there is a "like" button but no heart.

I have no clue why it's not showing up and instead have had to ask the client to write down the file numbers instead and send them over to me. Is this a recent glitch or option that has changed. I can't seem to locate anything that would enable this. Am i missing something?

Also, i went to download an entire gallery about a half hour ago and it hasn't sent me the zip yet. Usually for smaller galleries this only take about 10-15 mins for me to receive. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Mike,

    If you just send a link to the gallery, the heart icon won't show up. You have to use the event link. http://mikeks.smugmug.com/event/..........
    You can get that in the event manager. Edit the event and the link will be at the bottom. Guest Event Link:

    Email help at smugmug.com with a link to your gallery and we'll take a look.

    Mr Neutron, My favorite button is still not working even after doing all of the above. Could my web designer have messed something up or am I just retarded?

    I'd recommend that you contact us Heroes on the HelpDesk with a few details, like the specific event link you're using and what browser version / operating system you're opening it with. When contacting the HelpDesk, can you make sure to use the email address we have on file for your account?
