Event Slideshow Randomization is Broken

I just notice that even though I have my event slide show set to Random Start and Randomize - that it shows the exact same images in the exact same order every time I reload the page.

I'm pretty positive it used to work fine. Something has broken.

And please, can we get some "new smugmug style" controls over how events look?

(fix the slide show randomization first, but make sure events get some new smugmug love)

I tested your gallery and i also get the same photos on every reload. I tried my own slideshow which uses random order and it works very well... maybe something wrong with your setup? Maybe it's better to contact the helpdesk. They can have a deeper look to your slideshow.

Are you testing an EVENT slide show? (regular slide shows are working all of my EVENT slide shows are not)

Again - notice I'm talking about EVENT slide shows. They are different from "new smugmug" slide shows.

I am sorry but the event slideshows use the default setting as they are not customizable at this time. This means they are not random at this time on the New SmugMug. Thank you for your patience.

I could have sworn that after I switched to the new smugmug that the slide show randomization was working, but... I've only been on the new smugmug for a little over a week, so I could be totally mistaken on that.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon? Without randomization I might as well not have a slide show there since the visitors will only watch a couple of images before they realize they've seen it all before and move on.

BTW, this is affecting probably about 100 or more "events" on my page. They probably don't all have active visitors to the site any more. But the effect is fairly wide spread.
