Open picture in original gallery

Browsing through the daily popular photos, how do you open the photo in the original gallery? With the previous iteration of SmugMug, it used to be an option, but I can't find that functionality now.

Hi John,

You should see a link below each photo that says:

"See photo in original gallery."

Clicking that will bring you to the original gallery.

Thanks...that's the way it used to work, but I no longer see the "see photo in original gallery." BTW, I'm browsing through the Today's Popular Photo's gallery. ( http://www.smugmug.com/popular/today/i-K8fgLfz )

In New SmugMug, go to the Share button - Get a Link - Gallery Links.

Not a good answer, I don't think any site visitor will do that.

I'd already figured out that method as a workaround, but that's not a good solution. Also, besides not being able to go easily to the original gallery, there's no indication who the shot belongs to.

This seems related to the issue where the link to the original gallery is also missing from keyword pages, our own, as well as the global keyword page: http://www.smugmug.com/keyword/

And also missing from collected photos in collage galleries.

That's a bug our QA team has already filed as a problem to be resolved. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

The "from" links do seem to work in a smart gallery.
