How to change a featured photo

Hi guys,
I am having trouble finding out the following:
(mind you, this problem didn't exist on the legacy smugmug)
when I go to "my work", I see all the different Galleries. So there, I look at "Portraits" and it shows exactly the picture that I don't want to see there. I have several galleries under portraits, such as maternity, family, intimate photography etc, and what do I see ? i see the featured photo from the intimate gallery. My question now:
how do i get the picture from the family portraits to be the one that represents all portrait photos on the "my work" page?

Under Customize>Folder Settings> Feature Image
Click that and navigate to the photo you want. I sometimes create special folder/gallery covers and keep them in all in one gallery. You can just use any photo you want though.
Oh thanks so much you are a great help! How could i not see this! Pretty overwhelming all.
Do you know - how I can change the order of the photos displaying at my "home"?
It seems like the little square thingy up there doesn't work for me..Can that be?
