Aligning main image to the top of the gallery space?

Images that are not a 3x2 proportion are not aligning to the top of the gallery space. Check it out: http://photos.fernandogonzalez.net/2013/Curry-Wedding-Album/n-8bG9M

They appear centered within the height of the entire gallery space. So I'd like find a way to make it align with the top of the gallery thumbs. See how it looks lower than the thumbs?

Any ideas how to fix that?
