Multiple Galleries: how can I fix the size of the photos?

Hi there,
in the box multiple galleries, which I have on my "home" page, - I chose that my photos are being displayed in collage landscape. how can I fix the size of the photos there? Because each time I open my website, other photos are enlarged... Seems to be randomized!

    Go to Customize>All Folders>Galleries Wrench Icon>Basic Tab> Vary Photo Height and set it to OFF.
