Hello All,

I have subfolders on my site (e.g. nawset.com/places (coming soon) > americas > xxx that don't show up when I navigate to my site via my iPhone. I can see 'americas', 'europe' and 'other' but nothing below that.

I did search the site but was unable to find a similar issue thread. I apologize in advance if I missed one.

For usability reasons, drop down menus on mobile devices like the iPhone, open up only one level deep. Any additional levels are not displayed. So I'd recommend that you make sure to set up links for each item of your menu so that visitors on mobile devices can browse to your e.g. Americas folder and see all galleries and folders it contains.

Not following you re: links? Can they still be nestled as subfolders? And not following the usability comment?

You can have multiple levels, but on the mobile menu only 2 levels total will display. So if you have the following levels:
    1. places > 2. Europe > 3. Germany
the menu on mobile will show 1. places and allow you to expand that to reveal 2. Europe. However, no additional subfolders will be displayed.
So from the mobile menu, you couldn't reach 3. Germany. That's why it's important that you do add a link to your second level, in this case 2. Europe, so that a visitor could click on that to see all your Europe folders / galleries.

Sorry to be dense - does that mean that I will have to show each subfolder link on my nav bar? I really like the nested folder nav.

That depends on what you want to achieve. On a mobile device we'll only display 2 levels. You cannot have any more levels displayed at this point. So if you really want all your menu items to show on a mobile device, your only option would be to not nest more than 2 levels deep.

Keep in mind that if you set up your menu so that the second level, in my previous example, 2. Europe, is actually clickable and set it so that it goes to your Europe folder, mobile visitors should be able to access any of your folders and galleries just fine - just not through the nested menu if it goes beyond 2 levels.
