Branding Image Won't Upload

I have an image I want to use as a branding image in my Pro account. I took the image and using photoshop converted it into a 210 x 169 PNG image. Had to use 210 x 169 to keep proportions equal. When I upload I receive the following message "Incompatible ratio/dimensions (see Requirements)"
If I make the image 210 x 140 the image is distorted.

    You can only use images that are exactly 210 x 140 pixel. To prevent distortion, use the crop tool to recrop your image to the exact specs.
