Sign Up Form Integration

Hi all,

So I've unveiled my website recently after doing a lot of tweaks. What I want now is to be able to integrate a sign up form from mailchimp to be able to send monthly newsletters. I could do a simple page or a html/css block, but I want to make the user experience as efficient as possible.

I searched the web and a cool solution I found is the drop down sign up form, kind of like this one. Or, a better example would be the drop-down boxes found on this forum for search and forum tools. Basically when the user clicks an icon, the form slides down. Sounds easy to implement, but it seems this method uses jQuery also which is not supported on smugmug. Do you have an idea how to implement this without having to navigate away from the current page? Maybe some sort of lightbox? Or an accordion piece? I want to be able to put an envelope icon next to the menu so it's visible wherever the visitors go in the site.

What about a Wufoo form? SM has support for that block.
