How do I make a photo for sale in only one size?

A customer asked me to make a collage of photos in a panoramic size. I have uploaded it to the gallery but I don't know how to make it available in only the panoramic size. I don't want them ordering the wrong size and cropping it. How do I make one photo available in only one size and leave the rest of the gallery available in multiple sizes?

What type of account do you have? This ability would only be available if you have a business-level account - with that account type you can create a price list and assign it to an individual photo.

This is only possible on the Business account which I see you have. You would need to create a brand new pricelist and only have the panoramic sizes included in that pricelist. Then assign the pricelist to that specific image. You can do all that right in the pricelist manager page - http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93345-price-and-sell-your-photos#business
