Need help with Popular Photos

I tried hooking up to the RSS feed at pillarpt.smugmug.com/popular to see what people might be looking at on my site recently, and I found myself confronted with a long gallery that seems to hold zillions of my pictures, including logos and other site resources, hidden pix, etc. (???)

The help page says: "On your SmugMug homepage, http://nickname.smugmug.com , you'll see feeds for recent photos, recent galleries, and popular photos (if your most popular photos are displayed on your homepage)." But on my homepage, I see none of this.

So, questions: 1) Is there a writeup anywhere describing how to manipulate the /popular feed to look at more relevant stuff? (I am thinking that what I saw there must reflect every time I've ever looked at my own stuff while developing the site), or explaining if the order in which they are presented has any significance? and 2) how do I unmask those feeds that are purportedly on my homepage?

Thanks for any help!

Add a "multiple photos" box to your homepage and set it to "popular". Set the style and No. of photos to show.

Is there any way to adjust the date range? To get the most popular images for the past week, for example.

    Thanks

Do you refer to the multiple photos content block > popular photos setting? There's no option to filter the popular photos it's displaying. In the display tab, you can only control how many rows of photos are displayed.
