I found the shot quite interesting. I like the black and white with the color left in the note. I'm not qute sure where to focus? my eyes wander around a lot.. is that your intention? To me the story is a woman buying something at a market in a strange land and the vender is taking the money as the woman does not know how much the article is..?? I think the more I look at it the more I like it rather than the other way round?

And you hit the nail on the head

It is indeed as you described. I wanted to show a busy market in Portugal. The focus is the money exchange between the two people, but the context is important (the busy market). For the focus - the point where your eyes wind up after wandering a little - i retained the color of the 5 euro note.
