change font sizes

i sent a request to smugmug support and their response was direction to come here, dgrin ... my question was "where are directions/instructions regarding changing the font size on my web pages ?" my home page is http://www.footeprintart.com/

on my homepage both upper left ( "upload" "organize" and "customize") and lower left ("photo sharing" "about smug mug") text is too small. also on the homepage the three gallery blocks contain the gallery title on the face of the pic -- that text is too small.

additionally, if you click on one of my galleries; http://www.footeprintart.com/CurrentWorks -- the gallery title text is a good readable size, but all the other text (be still, relax, explore, ponder, and listen to your inner voice ...) and (worn out welcome ...
timberentranceranchfencegatecorralsprague riveroregontrout creekfooteprint art) is too small.

Basically i would like to learn how to increase the font size on my smug mug website. how can i make the text all the same size as the text "Current Works" on the page at http://www.footeprintart.com/CurrentWorks

This should increase the size of the font on the body and the footer. The body size is 14px right now and the footer says 12px. Change the size below to suit.

I put all of my code to my theme's (site-wide) CSS.
